Sunny Mehta is the Founder and President of HR, Inc. He has over 25 years experience in the executive search and management consulting field. He focuses on executive level and middle management assignments.

Prior to the start up of HR, Inc., Sunny had many years of experience in operations management. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. His professional affiliations include the Society of Plastic Engineers, Society of Plastic Industries, and The Future of Milwaukee.

JEFFREY R. WINTER - Senior Associate
Jeff concentrates on sales and marketing assignments in various industries. He also has extensive experience working with a wide range of positions in the plastics industry. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Jeff brings with him over 20 years experience in successful management of sales and marketing departments.

SANDRA L. BUTSCHLI - Office Manager  
Sandy manages the background check processes for our clients engaged in the Outsourcing sector of the business, along with coordination, management, administrative and support functions within the entire HR, Inc. office.
